o   Conduct a SWOT analysis for the company.   Explain why it is an S, W, O, or, T.
o   Thoroughly analyze the company’s vision and mission statements along with their guiding principles.  Explain how these statements make sense for the company, and how they affect the company’s quality direction.
o   Analyze the company’s strategic plan and strategic objectives that explain and define quality as the organization’s core principles.  Explain why the plan makes sense for the company and its quality efforts.
o   Include, in the strategic objectives, the tools used by the company to measure customer satisfaction. Discuss how these measurements could be used to enhance quality planning.
